Ryan was my technician, and he did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, explained what to expect, and made the 45-minute scan surprisingly easy and even enjoyable. His professionalism and positive attitude helped make what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and relaxed.

I was referred to Clarity Care for an ultrasound test on my stomach. I was greeted upon arrival and since I completed registration online was all set. The wait was short and I got in before the appointment and the tech was very personable, efficient and professional. If I need further imaging I will ask for this facility.

Let me first start by saying you will never find a better office! From the front desk, especially Tabor, to the nurses, shout out to LG, to the Nurse Navigator, Melissa, the radiology techs, and especially Dr. Bassett. I’m sure all the docs are fabulous, Dr. Bassett is just my guy. You get in for scans asap. I waited 2 weeks to have a procedure done on my knee and was treated, over and above, with kindness, almost like you are their only patient, and ALL their concentration is on YOU. I, PROMISE YOU, you will not find a better place for radiology scans, mammograms or arthritic procedures done on your knees. I know they do many other procedures, this is just the one that applied to me. They are 100% top notch!!

Everyone I dealt with that early morning was so friendly and went above and beyond what I expected. The up front fee chart is amazing and was absolutely so much better than using my insurance!!! Even tho I’m 3 hours away, I will use you again when you save me $1000 😉

This was my first time at Clarity Care and I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked into the door, until the time I left. This facility was supremely clean, well kept, modern, and equipped with nearly every type of imagining apparatus you could possibly need. The front desk administrator was kind, patient, intelligent, and lovely. She helped me to navigate my set-up, without making me feel like a pain in the ass. My mammogram technician made me feel comfortable, worked quickly, and was warm and welcoming. They even called me back with results, the same day. I highly recommend this facility.
A Life-Changer for Chronic Knee Pain!
After researching Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) to deal with the sharp, “bone-on-bone” osteoarthritis pain that made stairs and long walks a struggle, I discovered that my interventional radiologist, Dr. Jeff Conaway, performs this exact procedure.
I originally knew Dr. Conaway from a successful kidney ablation he performed five years ago, so I already trusted his expertise. After a quick consultation and a simple screening, he confirmed I was a candidate.
The Experience:
Dr. Conaway and his entire team are exceptionally professional. I’m already planning to have him do my other knee in a few weeks. If you are struggling with knee pain and want to avoid major surgery, I cannot recommend this team and this procedure enough!
They were able to get me an appointment quicker than any other place I called (saved me two weeks of waiting for an MRI). They are top notch. Anyone that is looking to get an MRI done I would recommend using their services.

Great place! The care and treatment by the personnel, doctors, nurses, and all personnel were informative and supportive was excellent.
Ryan was a delight to work with. He was very conscientious in terms of my needs and is an excellent phlebotomist. I do not have good veins so it’s really hard to take my blood and therefore inject me for the procedure. He was terrific to work with.
